Are you a fiduciary?
Yes, Delvaux Wealth Management is bound by the fiduciary standard when serving clients, meaning we put clients’ interests first. As a fiduciary, Delvaux Wealth Management upholds a duty of giving prudent and loyal advice, ensuring the advice is given in the client’s best interest, charging no more than is reasonable for our services, and carefully managing conflicts of interest. What is discretionary management?
We offer discretionary investment management services, meaning that clients allow us to make investment decisions — such as selecting specific investments and executing trades. Our Investment Management process consists of selecting, monitoring, and adjusting a diversified mix of investments.
Do you take custody of clients’ assets?
Delvaux Wealth Management does not hold client money or securities. All assets are held in individually segregated accounts at the custodian under each client’s name and tax ID. Delvaux Wealth Management may assist clients in establishing these accounts, but the custodian maintains direct possession of all client assets. All investment activities are conducted through the custodian.
